By signing and returning the Letter of Commitment you have formally committed your schools’ attendance at the Round Square International Conference in October 2018 and to bring the number of delegates outlined in this letter.​

Please take note you will be charged for the number of delegates you have registered and payment will be required before the outlined deadlines.​


You must make every effort to ensure that you bring your requested delegation size, including replacing delegates who no longer can attend due unforeseen circumstances.


If for any reason you do need to cancel or amend your booking you should appeal in writing to your conference host.​

The cancellation schedule is as follows;

Cancellations until 30th April will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations until 31st July with receive a 25% refund.

From the 1st August no refunds will be issued.​

Please remember the conference fee is only transferable to a substitute from the same school.
